Brian D. Connolly has served as a director of Aware since January 2012. Mr. Connolly is currently a Co-Chief Investment Officer for Millstreet Capital Management LLC, an investment firm which he co-founded in 2010. Prior to Millstreet Capital Management LLC, Mr. Connolly served as a senior analyst at Regiment Capital Advisors, LP, which was a spinout from the Harvard Management Company. Additionally, Mr. Connolly served as a research analyst at Fidelity Management & Research Company, a firm he joined upon graduation from business school. Prior to business school, Mr. Connolly worked in the healthcare group for Alex. Brown & Sons and at the private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners. Currently, Mr. Connolly also serves as member of the Board of Directors for Fuse Media Inc. and Chaparral Energy, Inc. Mr. Connolly received a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
